  Workplace Assessment Services
  A wide range of assessments and tests can be administered by our team of professionally registered Psychologists for the use of our clients for workplace purposes. These include;
        Screening tests for the purposes of recruitment and personnel selection.

These tests are intended to screen candidates generally and provide information useful to compile a short list of candidates for further detailed assessment or interviews. In combination these tests can be used to assess communication skills, comprehension, vocabulary, numeracy, working with numbers, applying basic mathematics, deductive, inductive and logical reasoning and learning potential.

Working Behaviour Preferences Assessment An initial assessment of an individual’s personal work style mapping onto domains of personality

Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) A tool used to evaluate personality characteristics that people need to get along and get ahead (i.e., job fit), and the impression a person makes on others with their typical style of social behaviour

Hogan Suite of Assessments including: Hogan Development Survey (HDS) A tool used to identify factors that impede career success (i.e., management fit), and ways in which a person may respond to increasing pressure, stress or insecurity

Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) A tool used to assess business drivers and core values for individual fit within a corporate culture (i.e. organisational fit), and the key motivating factors for an individual

Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ360) A tool which provides a self-assessment enabling the leader-manager to image their own self-perceptions in terms of the Full Range Leadership Model (FRLM); enabling refinement of their own implicit leadership-management theories

The Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) A tool which provides businesses with information on the aspects of an individual’s behavioural style that will impact on their performance of competencies at work

Career Preference Test A tool utilised for Career Guidance Assessment purposes to determine career preference by focusing on related fields such as associated activities and environment preferences
